DMR Technologies partners with Sunshine Quality Solutions to bring the American-built Field Ranger X50 agricultural drone to Louisiana growers via John Deere dealers.

LAFAYETTE, La. — February 10, 2026 — DMR Technologies, Inc., the U.S. industrial drone manufacturer behind the Field Ranger X50, today announced a partnership with Sunshine Quality Solutions to bring its agricultural drone platform to growers across Louisiana through Sunshine's John Deere dealership network. Rollout begins immediately.
The agreement puts an American-built spray-and-survey drone into the same dealer relationships Louisiana farmers already use for their tractors, planters, and combines. Sales, training, parts, and service are handled in-store rather than mail-order. The Field Ranger X50 is designed and manufactured at DMR's Lafayette, Louisiana facility.
Growers don't have time to be reactive, so we've already invested ours in being proactive. Putting the Field Ranger X50 on Sunshine's lots means a farmer can walk in, see the platform, get trained on it, and call the same store when something needs service. That's how drones get adopted at scale: through the dealer network growers already trust, not around it.

DMR Technologies debuts at XPONENTIAL 2026 in Detroit May 11–14 with the global premiere of the Monty personal eVTOL and the full DMR fleet at Booth #40023.

DMR Technologies announces a new full-scale drone manufacturing facility in Lafayette, LA — creating over 500 jobs and expanding U.S. drone production capabilities.

The Field Ranger X50 handles spraying, seeding, and survey work in a single platform. It is built for daily field operations across crop types and Gulf-coast weather conditions, backed by manufacturing, parts, and service inside the same state customers fly it in. Independent trial work by the LSU AgCenter showed drone-applied treatments on sugarcane producing 30 additional pounds of sugar per ton at six weeks, matching aerial application with greater precision and lower cost.
The Field Ranger X50 is available now through Sunshine Quality Solutions locations across Louisiana. Demonstrations and training schedules are coordinated through Sunshine's dealer network. Growers can contact their local Sunshine store or visit dmrdrones.com for product information.
